Currently working as a Community Support Worker working with the most challenging service users who are risk. I work with vulnerable children, adults and families. I would like some part time work to combine with this job if possible. For the ideal job, then I am happy to consider moving from the North West. Happy to discuss any bookings. I have worked within formal and non-formal household over the years and I am a dedicated hardworking nanny that is old school - someone who helps instil values of fairness, compassion and fun into a child's upbringing. I understand that each child will be different and require particular assistance to help them reach their potential. I believe in nurturing children's unique self by encouraging them through patience and understanding to be self reliant. With all children I feel that that it is important to be a companion and positive role and work with the parents to help guide their children towards responsible adulthood one day.
