I have been in childcare for over 20 years. I have very strong references, NVQ2 & 3, ofsted certificate. I am currently a full time nanny for 3 children and have held this post for the last 8.5 years, I have been responsible for the children and smooth running of the home since the children were newborn, 3 and 5 years old. I have potty trained both of the smaller children.
