I think the rates I charge are fair. I have no professional qualifications with regard to childcare however I have years of experience with children of all ages both in a domestic setting and as a drama and art tutor.
I have a great rapport with children - they are on my wavelength! I am a good cook and I love to make things clean and tidy; it is important to have a clean environment for children to play in.
I have two healthy grown up sons and I have cared for many (now grown up) cousins.
I have a warm outgoing personality and seem to have the ability to engage with children of all ages. On a practical note; having been a doctor's wife; I have more than a basic knowledge of first aid. I am food safety trained which should be reassuring if I am to feed your precious offspring!
I find children love to be read to, most children enjoy creative activities such as drawing and crafts which I am qualified to help them with. I have a clean driving licence and am more than happy to undergo a CRB check or any other checks that you think necessary.
I would love to hear from you and I don't think you will be disappointed in the level of concientious care I can offer your child/children. I treat any child in my care with kindness, fairness and respect - oh and I will teach them how to paint and how to laugh - a lot!
