my name is Lillie , I am 19 years old and I currently work as an early years officer, I have been doing this job for 2 and a half years now, I love working with children and caring for them and watching them grow, Prior to this I used to assist with local dance classes ranging from the ages of 2 to 16. I have worked in a school environment as well, doing supply cover for the after school club ranging from p1 to p7 (6-12) years. I grew up with family members having babies around and have always been eager to care for them, I love my job and I love caring for children as I am a very kind and caring person, I have a great work ethic and always want to achieve the best, I am very reliable and consistent. I am fully PVG checked and I am aware of all current childcare legislations and policies and procedures relating to childcare (GIRFEC, getting it right for every child) (realising the ambition) I am also fully knowledgeable on the data protection policies.
