Shelley, nanny - L22 Waterloo

Hi there!

My name is Shelley, I'm 20 turning 21 years of age and i'm from Liverpool!
For the last 2 years i've au pairing for a family with 3 children in Italy, teaching ther English, playing games, reading books, having fun days out, teaching them musical instruments and it has been incredible.. I loved every minute of it! But after two years from home I feel like it is finally time to return back to England.
Even though I'm returning home, i've realised that i've fallen in love with helping families and being a special part of a child's life by helping them learn and grow, so i'd love to be able to carry on this job that I love so much. I think children learn most when they are having fun and this is important to me, I love to be creative for instance drawing, colouring, making things.. I play piano, guitar and I sing as well! I think music is also a really good way for children to learn!
