Rachel can provide references from recent employers
Rachel is an extremely hard working and diligent childcare professional who was employed in our baby room working with children from 3 months up to 2 years, in addition she also worked with the 2-3 age group and pre-school children covering staff holidays and absence. Rachel would make an ideal nanny/childcare provider, as she is caring, very nurturing and has demonstrated she can work by herself and provide stimulating and engaging activities for children. Her time with our nursery gave her the opportunity to develop her own use of initiative and she developed a great skill for developing rapport with parents and children alike. Rachel would benefit from some training to develop her interpersonal skills to deal with the rare occasions where conflict when dealing with difficulty parents and work colleagues arise, Overall I recommend Rachel, as she is a loyal hard working individual who is willing to undertake training and learn new skills, also she is someone who can be left to work on her own and provide a fantastic level of personal care and support to children
