Rebecca, nanny - LE12 Mountsorrel

I am a 17 year old young woman, my dream Is too work with children. I have a large family with 13 nieces and nephews all aged 1-14 I always help with them and help out with my niece who has just turned one each Thursday and Friday why my sister goes too work, this has happened since she was 6months old. When I babysit my nieces and nephews I co-operate and engage with them, feed them, change there nappies, take them too clubs and swimming and help the older ones with their homework. Despite all this I did work experience in a nursery set by my previous school Rawlins Academy, my duties included playing with the children, e.g. arts and crafts and playing outside, making sure they was all playing together nicely and helping them with eating there foods etc. also at whilst I was at Rawlins academy I spent my two years doing my level 1 and level 2 children care diploma where I learnt about first aid, the wellbeing off children, milestones and how different children at different ages develop and learn. Doing my level 1 and level 2 childcare at Rawlins resulted in my getting 2'bs in my GCSES childcare, however I don't attend school or college anymore because I am looking for full/part time childcare jobs, and I am willing too take on any training required.
