Hello,

I'm Jade I am An experienced Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant. An individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in ensuring policies and high standards are maintained. I have a passion for child development and have geared my studies and work experience to enable me to continue my career in this sector.
For the Past five years i have been working in a special needs school in Lincoln. This was on an Apprentice to gain the qualifications I needed to become a Childcare assistant, I have both nvq level 2 and diploma level 3 in childcare. I also have experience in working in a nursery, I have been working in a private nursery now for 2 and 1/2 years.
Away from work I enjoy socialising with friends, Shopping and swimming.
