I started to work in nursery from the age of 15. I went in voluntary to gain experience and that when I knew this was the career I wanted. I’ve gone on and been in childcare for 4 nearly 5 years now. I have been a deputy Room Leader for preschool, so I understand ya importance of school readiness, independence, homework and challenging the children with new tasks and fun activities
