Sharée, nanny in London EC3N

Hiya! My name is Sharée and I am extremely looking forward to getting back into childcare now that I have completed my studies and received my Bachelor's Degree.

I am very passionate about providing not only a fun and interactive environment for the kids in my care but also one that allows for individual exploration and personal development as they grow. I strive to make personal connections with each individual child as well as the parental unit so I can hear from both parties to make the best environment and experience possible.

I have the most experience with kids aged 1-6 years which I acquired both private nanny employment and volunteering in group childcare environments. I have been previously employed to have two young children in my care, 2M and 4F, a position I held for several months before leaving to pursue university. Within that role, I excelled in the following categories:
Organisational skills: Curated and managed the schedule for two young children of different ages to include educational and developmentally beneficial activities, outdoor games, and out-of-home events
Consistency: Performed household tasks such as cleaning, meal prep, and, personal duties for my employers on top of my duties to the children in my care
Disciplined and Imaginative thinking:: Maintained a regulated yet jubilant and vibrant household for both my employers and their children for 30+ hours a week
Educational: Introduced and led the practice of both Spanish and Swahili, of which both children now have a competent understanding

Having said that, I have also gained brief experience with kids of all ages, from newborn to pre-teen. With childcare, I have a lot of practice when it comes to the everyday care of a child- morning/ wake up routines, cooking meals, doing nightly homework, nappy changes, and bath-to-bed routines- and greatly enjoy filling the day with enjoyable, interactive, and stimulating games and entertainment.

Personally, I am a charismatic and lively person who tries to find the light in everything I do. I also consider myself to be dependable, organized, and responsible. As fun as it is to turn a frown upside down, I find it important to create a balance of fun and games with calm and serious moments life throws at us.

In my free time, I love to read, dance, and write/listen to music. Additionally, I am very learning-driven and love to pick up new skills or languages- self-taught in Spanish and Swahili and broadening the knowledge I got from school-taught German- and I absolutely adore cooking/baking.
