Molly, nanny in Manchester M14

Hello, my name is Molly . I’m 19 years of age (20 in October 16) with a huge passion for children. I live at my family home in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire, North West of England. I’m a very independent, confident girl. I love other peoples company and helping out others. I’m a very quick learner and easy to get along with. I’ll definitely do the best I can with whatever you ask me to do, and I’ll try everything with my best ability.

WORK HISTORY.
I have a superior background of employment. I have worked at Rossendale Nursery and Baby Unit for a year. I have worked in all rooms including pre-school toddler room, 2-3 room and the baby room. I held all responsibilities for my 5 key children at my work place; this includes caring for all their needs and aspects of their childhood. I have formed affectionate bonds with my children and their families. I had the responsibilities of preparing children’s activities daily to improve their learning such as; communication, physical development, understanding the world, literacy, mathematics and science. I also use teach children dance on weeknights and weekends starting from the age of 2-17 years old for a company called 'talent Theatre School' which was based in Altham. I also started teaching musical theatre and drama. As well as teaching and looking after the children over the past 3 years I have also babysat many of my little dancers, as well as family members and family friends. As much as i loved my job working in the nursery and the children i looked after everyday, i was offered a full time nannying job down south, Chiswick. I started working down south, for the family which included a little girl of 5, and twin boys of 3 years old, in February 2015 and worked for them until August. My general work routine was taking and picking up the eldest to and from school, making and serving 3 meals a day, taking the boys (and the little girl throughout school holidays) on days out including swimming, to the park, for picnics, museums, farms, zoo's, library etc. 5 days a week. Unfortunately due to personal reasons i had to give up my job and move back up north. I have worked with children with various different learning difficulties and live with my sister who suffers from autism, ADHD and dyslexia. A month after moving back up north i then started nannying for another family from Darwen. The daily routine was very similar to what i did in London but with a 6 month old baby and a 5 year old little girl.
The family has a place in Spain therefore we spent a large amount of time out their in the school holidays.

I currently have my level 2 in childcare as well as a level 2 in safeguarding, food safety and I’m a fully qualified first aider along side a huge amount of experience with children of all ages.
