I am an energetic experienced child educator and proprietor that can effectively baby sit and mind children from 1 -10years of age. In the last 15 years, I have grown a personally established Montessori school into close to a population 200 children and 24 staff members.
I believe in play method of engaging children and active recreational opportunities as they grow. Presently I double as a virtual recreation and health supervisor for the school
Very creative in developing child friendly poem and games while keeping health and safety as a yard stick.
My opinion of them is positively engage them before they negatively engage themselves.
