Lynsey, nanny in New buildings

Hello my name is Lynsey, I'm 24 years old and I live in Newbuildings.

I am a qualified Classroom Assistant/ special needs assistant.

I have work in Nursery settings, special needs and mainstream school setting.

For the last 5 years I have looked after a child with severe Autism/ ADHD at their home environment. I was able to take the child out and do fun activities, such as swimming, bananas, jumplanes etc.
I also assisted with changing and feeding. This child had very challenging behaviour but being there so long i was able to work really well with the child. My job was to make this child happy and make sure this child was safe.

My qualities are patience , listening carefully to the child. Understanding what the childs needs are. Building a good relationship with both parents and children.
Complete honesty with the family, so they can completely trust me with their children.
I am a hard worker and this is what I love to do.

I also hold a full driving license
