Olivia, nanny in Newcastle upon tyne

My name is Olivia and I am 18 years old. My long term goal is to work in childcare full-time, but I'm struggling to find an apprenticeship local enough to me. I would like to gain as much experience in the lead up, and even perhaps carrying on weekend babysitting duties should I find an apprenticeship. I can offer full-time, part-time or just general babysitting duties. I am extremely confident and friendly. I have an enthusiastic personality and I am great with children. The main reason I would like to work in Childcare, particularly early years, is because I feel it is a very rewarding job - seeing the child learn and develop, and being a part of it.
I have experience of babysitting once or twice for a friends baby girl, she's 8 months old and an absolute treasure. I also have experience of working within a Nursery and Reception class environment therefore have experience of working with 3-5 year olds also. My experience is limited, but I am more than willing to learn - especially as this is to help with my future career.
I don't drive so I can't offer school pick ups/drop offs, but if the school is within reasonable distance I have no issue walking the children to and from school. I am more than happy to take on any house work to help you out also.
