Joshua, nanny in Newport NP20

I am a very loving and caring 19 year old man who lives in
Newport. I have been volunteering in Newport for over a year. My duties at the centre include extended six form work which consists of helping teenagers aged 16+ with their work such as numeracy, literacy and all other topics. I also take part in youth clubs where I allow children to gain knowledge and learn new skills such as cooking. I also take the children on trips from the age of 7 to different events such as water polo, football events and other sports events. In the afternoon I take part in sport sessions for children of any age.
Throughout the year of volunteering I have learnt and undertaken new roles and have experience many different ways in which to support, comfort and look after children.
I am fully CRB (DBS) checked and I am very interested in starting a career as a carer or childminder as this experience has been amazing and would like to pursue this.
