My key responsibilities as a early years nusery assistant is to provide care and support for the children , and to ensure I provide challenging activities to help develop their needs for their age and stage of development.i ensure health and safety regulations are followed through risk assessing, keeping children safe and providing a nurturing environment. I currently have my own key worker group of children in which I am responsible for ensuring that their needs are meet through making care plans , having meetings with parents and generally providing learning experiences for individual needs. Within my role as a early years nusery assistant I also ensure the running of the room is up to a high standard at all times , help and support my fellow colleagues, do settling in reports , and general paper work and liaise with management team .
