Carole, nanny - NR19 Yaxham

My name is Carole, I have had plenty of experience over the years of caring for my own children who are now all adults and thriving in their own right. I have been employed in a variety of schools from early years to secondary for the past ten years and have specialised in complex special needs care.
I am familiar and confident around the complexity of children and young adults who fall within the autistic spectrum having worked with a variety of strategies to maintain a healthy development of learning and behaviour management. I graduated with a Fine Art degree ten years ago and have employed a variety of arts and crafts making as a therapeutic practise for children to express themselves and their feelings, finding great rewards as a result.
