Afternoon,
I'm Angel, 22 and by trade a self employed hairdresser.
Where it all started.. at school I completed my NVQ level 2 health and social care qualification. As well as choosing to do my 2 week work experience with 2 childminders.
From passing my GCSE's I thrived to be independent , I went on to study hairdressing through an apprenticeship and have successfully made a career.
I'm now looking for a new adventure within the child care sector.. something else I feel passionately about.
Although I don't have previous experience within a role of child care, I am 1 of 5. 2 of which have Aspergers and I also have a bubbly 2 year old niece who keeps us all on our toes!
I come from a giant family and there's always lots of children around.baring in mind how many children I see on a day to day basis in salon, growing that trustworthy relationship with them so they feel comfortable in my chair whilst having a hair cut its all very important.
The type of work I'm looking for is anythig from babysitting in the evenings to full time child care. It's all defiantly an option that I'm willing to experience.
Previous job roles that could relate to the healthcare/childcare factor: domestic carer in a local residential care home.
Occasional babysitting | $7.50 per hour |
Home nanny | $8.00 per hour |
Due to being new to this area of work, I'm negotiable with my rates
