My name is Andrea and I have been working in childcare for over 4 years. I am LVL3 Early Years practitioner and I worked as a live-in nanny and as a nursery practitioner.

As a nursery practitioner, I was a second in charge of a toddler room and I would be preparing activities for the children, write observations, write reports, make sure children are in an enabling environment and they are safe and everybody meets their needs.
