Lauren, nanny in Old colwyn

Hello, my name is Lauren, I am 19 years old. I am an Aunty, my niece lived with us until the age of two, I helped out with nurturing and all other needed for my niece. I have got working friends with children of all ages and occasionally I help out with childcare as and when required from ages 0-14. The children love i arrive to the houses, i take them to the park, shopping, do arts and crafts but tidy as I go along, I like to bake cakes with the kids, get them to eat healthy, encourage them to tidy up, I help the children learn lifestyle skills e.g. Tidy up, put laundry in the wash, put plates in the sink. I also encourage children to recycle. I encourage rewards charts with the children in my life and try to explain on their level how it works i.e. Sharing is caring, kind hands is kind feet. I am very trustworthy, honest, clean and tidy with appearance. I currently work as a sales assistant in a well branded shop, I have also experienced a managerial role. I will look forward to meeting many new children throughout this experience.
