Amy, nanny in Oldfield

Hi I'm Amy, I am a student and I have recently finished my A levels and looking for some work over the summer before I attend university.
Although I am an only child and have not had to grow up with children in my house hold I frequently get told I am great with children due to how bubbly and lively I am. I have also had experience taking care of children on family holidays/ at friends house holds/ during dance summer school when I often lead children's activities.
I have also been known to be a leader, with adapting to roles such as leadership teams and being head girl during my time at school and dancing, I believe this allows me to adapt to any sort of situation and be able to resolve things quickly. People are often very fond of my positive and entertaining nature where I have been told I am able to make the best of any situation. I have also had experience in many other fields such as waitressing and bar work (Aids communication), performing arts (given me skills to help entertain children) and other aspects of media and presenting (giving me confidence). Through my past experience and studies I believe to have knowledge to teach children life skills and information they may need in the future, I am also able to help with any homework or studies with having a variety of knowledge on different topics. With having a drama, dance and singing background I am also able to entertain the children with having a great knowledge of different games/other things to teach them (I also do great voices when reading books). With being young myself I believe I would be the perfect candidate to make the children feel comfortable and entertained and altogether give them a great summer.
