Stephanie, nanny in Orpington

Work experience:
I’m currently working at Les Enfants day nursery in Bromley where I’ve worked for over 6 years. I was a deputy room leader but left October 2014, i recently returned in February 2015. I would like to get into nannying or to work in a school, Although being employed as a deputy room leader I have also acquired manyother skills whilst working , such as leading a team, being knowledgeable with all the children’s dietry and medical requirements, customer service and communication. My role as deputy room leader entails liaising with parents, organising paperwork of children’s profiles to discover their stage of development, writing up reports, answering and making calls. My duties also involve taking payments from invoices via cash, chip and pin and cheques etc.

Achievements:
One of my biggest achievements would be successfully passing my advanced level in management, this has shown me that I can strive and push myself to succeed. Another achievement I am proud of is excelling my NVQ level 2 and 3 in children’s care and learning, thus enabling me to become adeputy room leader and work my way up in the child care industry. I really enjoy keeping fit and healthy and attend the gym on a regular basis. I have over the past few years been involved in the race for life, this has helped me to achieve dedication and determination. I have a full driving licence
