Catherine, nanny - OX3 Headington

I am looking to relocate to the East Midlands area to join my husband, who has recently taken on a promotion in Leicester. I have a bubbly and cheerful personality and am reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. I am particularly good at interacting with young children, quickly building a rapport with them. This ability to quickly establish positive relationships enables me to make the children feel secure, especially in a new environment. I provide structure, consistency and familiarity, whilst having flexibility to adapt to each family’s unique requirements, need and requests. I thoroughly enjoy my work as a nanny and take my role very seriously, always giving 100% and ensuring that I am always devoted to the care and safety of my charges. I find my role to be one that is both incredibly rewarding and very privileged.
I have experience of working with children aged 4 months to 11 years, through my work as a nanny, in nurseries and as a volunteer at many children’s and youth group activities. I am a very organised and orderly person, and these skills have stood me in good stead for my work as a nanny.
In my spare time I enjoy running, long walks in the countryside, reading, watching films and baking. I love music; I sing and play the trumpet and piano.
