I am 20 years old and I’m looking for a change in direction with my childcare career. I started off as an apprentice at a nursery when I was 17 and have worked my way up to become room leader of babies (15 months to 2 years) but I haven experience with working with 3 months-8 years. I love childcare as a job but I am now seeking a new challenge!
