My name is Lauren , 19 years old and have been studying childcare for 3 years. I have recently received my Level 3 qualification in Child Development and now continuing my studies of childcare on Fridays completing the Early Years Foundation Degree. Throughout my Level 3 I carried out 750 hours of work experience with different ages, ranging from babies to primary school. I have been working within a nursery setting for 7 months and act as a key person, meeting all the needs of children, great interaction with the children and making quality relationships with both child and parents. I am very reliable and have great knowledge of child development, safeguarding and individual needs of each child. I have experience in planning appropriate activities for children depending on their age and ability and very willing to support children through their education and play both indoors and out. I am arriver and own a car enabling me to reach all locations and provide transport for the family if required, or take the children to different destinations for day trips and explore the world they live in.
