I am Lauren and I am 19 years old. I have recently completed my level 3 in childcare and since summer 2016 I have been working in a nursery taking on responsibilities to meet the needs of children aged 7 months to 4 years. I am currently a key worker so am able to build strong relationships with children and base my planning around their interests. Throughout my college course I have completed 750 hours of work experience ranging from baby rooms to school settings. I am very reliable and flexible as a childcarer and have a wide understanding of all areas of child development and keeping children safe and healthy. I am currently looking for work that enables me to work closely with families and children within the family home as well as taking them on outings to explore their world.
