Joanna, nanny - PR8 Southport

My name is Joanna and have worked in Childcare for a total of 14 years, both Childminding and as a Nanny.

From October 1996 - November 2007, I was self employed as a registered Childminder. During my time as a Registered Childminder, I not only provided a safe, warm and educational environment for the children in my care, I kept accurate, up-to-date records on a number of issues ranging from financial, attendance, diet, risk assessment and Health and Safety, the information was stored and updated regularly on a database that was made available for inspection by OFSTED as and when needed.

I am presently employed by two families within Southport as a Full time Private Nanny.
My role demands flexibility and reliability as with the Childminding role. Parents not only need to feel confident that the care of their children are met in full, but that I am committed to the development and well being of their children, offering the parents support and at the same time providing the children with a warm and safe environment.
