Hi, My name is Maria, and I am 44 years old but 21 at heart ;) I am a very fun and outgoing person. I am very loyal and hardworking and have always enjoyed helping parents when possible as I completely understand the difficulties that come with the responsibility of being a parent as I am one myself.
I am originally from Spain but have now been living in the UK for over 21 years. I have 2 children of my own, my son is called Ammar and he is 15 years old and I have an adult daughter called Naila who is 25.
Me and my husband have raised our children in the UK and we were lucky enough to have our own family business. I am currently a stay at home wife but really want to get back into working again with children. I have had previous experience in caring for children other than my own and can provide references. I love children, therefore I would love to get back into this type of work and can care for children of all ages.
I am a very experienced, patient and caring person. I can help with homework and even teach them a bit of Spanish if the parents are happy with that. I enjoy doing activities with the children such as playing games, singing songs, reading story books to them etc. I am very reliable, punctual and organised and always care for children as if they were my own.
I am available between the hours of 8am and 8pm - Monday to Friday, as I would like to have the weekends off to spend time with my family. Ideally I am looking for a full time role, I must advise I do not have a driving License but it will not be a problem getting there as I can use public transport or have my husband or daughter drive me there.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this and I hope to hear from you soon.
