Sally, nanny in Redditch B97

Hello family, I am Sally and I am 24 years old. Currently on the look out for a Babysitting or Nanny job around the Redditch/Birmingham area!

Soon to be qualified with a Children and Young Peoples Workforce NVQ Level 3

I would describe myself as positive, energetic, caring, considerate whilst being able to remain professional at the same time.

I have a wide range of childcare experience. Currently I am working as a Nursery Assistant with 2-3 year olds. My job role involves me to Coordinate and plan activities, help to settle in new children, Indoor and outdoor supervision, Encourage children to Interact and work cooperatively with others. In late 2011 I wanted an opportunity to travel and I was still looking for opportunities to work with children. I felt spending time as an Au pair would help me achieve these goals. This also helped me gain both a high level of independence and a deep appreciation of other cultures. I moved to Hamburg Germany and I was an Au pair for 1 year 6 months. My role involved me to look after two children aged 8 and 12. My duties included General household duties, Supervising children’s mealtime, Planning and supervising rest and sleep times, Implementing every day routines, Pet care, Scheduling and organising children’s activities. I also attended German lessons whilst I was there, which enabled me to speak a new language.
