I have had great experiences working with a wide range of children and families over the last 6 years, both in the local area and beyond as well as having supported my own family and friends. I find great satisfaction in providing a supporting and trustworthy service to those who require it.
I believe I have a caring, empathetic and passionate nature that really gives confidence to the families I work with and helps build a strong professional relationship that encourages progress related to their children's life and developmental skills.
Due to the amazing experiences I have had, I am capable of encouraging children of all ages to get involved in games and activities and am able to coax them into sharing their ideas, no matter how shy they might be. Sometimes though, the child just simply doesn't want to get involved but that's okay!
My calm and friendly yet bubbly and fun nature has had many children enthralled in the activity I have been running, be it singing nursery rhymes, painting self portraits or simply playing hide & seek outside. This skill has definitely helped and supported me in my other roles away from the Nursery environment.
