. I am highly committed to my job roll, I am very enthusiastic when it comes to working with children. I make sure the children are well looked after and cared for.I work along side parents and carers to ensure the children are getting the right help to develop their skills for later in life. I have worked in a nursery and out of school setting for 6 years, I have worked with all different age ranges starting from 0 to 12. I feel that I am highly motivated and passionate on helping the children who are developmentally delayed or other special needs children. Supporting them and their families at all times. Working in a nursery has given me lots of experience working with children. I am currently working in a residential home, which is a 2 bedded home for young children in care. My job is to help support the young people in everyday things, such as healthy choices, keeping themselves safe and educations. Helping meet the goal they need to achieve. I also make sure all paper work such as interventions and support records are filled in and up to date, also keep a check on who they have contact with.
