Charlotte, nanny in Ridge green

Hello there,

My name is Charlotte and I am 21 years old, I am a happy, fun, loving person who always puts others first. I enjoy swimming, running, going to the gym, reading, watching films and spending time with my friends and family. I have currently been in childcare for over four years now, I was priviously in two nurseries (one Montessori) and I'm currently working in a pre-school. I have previous childcare prior to that, caring for friends children and children within my family, this is something I have always been passionate about. I enjoy watching the children grown and learn and knowing I have played an important part of their development, I think it's important children learn through play and to always encourage a child, never put them down or raise your voice! Make everything exciting for them even when it's not! I enjoy doing a variety of activities with the children such as; messy play (arts and crafts), construction, baking, reading stories, exploring the outdoors and lots more.
I know I don't currently have any nannying experience, but I would really love the chance to widen my skills and experience within a nannying role and this is something I have always wanted to do.
