Chelsea, nanny in Rochdale

I am Chelsea, I am almost 18 years old and have cared most of my life, for both children and adults. I have been qualified for almost 2 years now as I went to college and got my Level 3 Diploma in the young people and children's workforce, as well as completing a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification. My qualities as are: patience, which in my opinion one of the main qualities to have when caring for children, Communication Skills, As being able to communicate in a clear and positive manner is an essential trait of childcarer, because I will have to explain things to children like directions and rules, as well as comfort them, but I will also have to communicate with parents, I am responsible, trust worthy and nurturing. I also believe I am a very respectful, reliable and positive person. My experience varies, I have worked in 2 nurseries with all age groups, I am fully qualified and have a full DBS check to work with children! I also babysit for one family with 3 children every Sunday, 2/3 children are autistic, I also work closely with my 3 nieces, aged 1, 6 and also a newborn!
