Emma, nanny in Rushden NN10

I have worked with families for over ten years caring for their children from birth to 15 years. I have been based in nurseries, after school clubs, childrens care homes and have also had nanny experience over seas. I have a big family and my parents also foster children. I love to plan activities and most importantly be a good role model for the children i care for to help them grow and feel secure. I have nvq level 3 in childrens care, learning and development. I am also a qualified communication champion helping children to develop their speech and language skills from birth to 5 years.
I feel its important to give the children many experiences in life so like to plan activities indoors and outdoors whatever the weather. I am a very fun loving and caring person and really enjoy my work.
