Grace, nanny - S80 Worksop

My name is Grace and I live in Worksop, I am currently 19 years old, studying BSc Psychology at the university of Lincoln. I commute into the university everyday, however only have about 9 contact hours of teaching a week so I have a lot of free time on my hands. In addition to this I am available for full time positions over the summer holidays of university from June-September.

I consider myself a very fun and bubbly person who children enjoy spending their time with.
Previously I have worked at the Tropical Butterfly House as an assistant and eventually a supervisor in the party building. The role involved, entertaining children at birthday parties, playing games with children, providing food and drink, getting the children involved in craft activities, providing glitter tattoos and face painting. Working at the Butterfly House truly brought out my love for working with children.

More recently I have been working on a self employed seasonal basis, running Grace's Faces. My own face painting and glitter tattoo business. I have worked at birthday parties, summer Fairs and many other events. This role has developed my communication skills working with both children and parents ensuring both are happy, and also dealing with different types of children and parents.

I feel very passionate about working with children and hopefully in the future plan on having a career with some involvement such as teaching or educational psychology.
