Kaisha, nanny in Salisbury

I'm Kaisha!
I'm 22 and I've lived in Salisbury now for just over 6 months, I've been doing an odd bit of work here and there at pubs but looking to get out of that and get back into doing what I love. Unfortunately because I moved cities I've been out of childcare for a while but I am qualified. I have a level 3 in childcare and experience in a primary school as well as a nursery. I am a qualified first aided and have my CRB dated.
I worked with children from ages 6 months to 5 years of age, I would say my strong points are working with ages 4-5 personally because I had longer time to bond and build close relationships helping to support, comfort and listen when needed. I think because of my age, young children find it a lot easier to talk and express themselves with me seeing me more as a friend/older sister other that adult role as such. However I found I still had that respect from them as they would give to an older adult. I myself found this very comforting as I felt the bond from the off.
I'm a very sporting person and love the outdoors so when it comes to activities I'm bouncing with ideas, I was assessed as part of my course and passed with flying colours when it came to the practical side.
I'm just looking for a shot to get back into my passion and doing what I do best!
