Rebecca, nanny in Sauchie

I have worked in the same nursery for 4 year. I have loved every second of it, however I think now I want a change. I love doing activities with the children and doing songs and stories and also helping them discover who THEY are. It can be all well and good me telling them to do this and do that and make them do what I want but that is not what childcare is about. It is about supporting the child as they fine what they love to do with their day and how they what to spend it and I think only a fun, flexible, caring person can do that, also you must always listen to the child.
