With nearly 15 experience of care mostly with children starting off with being a nursery nurse, then working as a support worker caring for children with learning and physical disabilities and I've recently finished working as a senior team leader in a children's home for children with autism and challenging behaviour.
As an outgoing bubbly individual who is very person centred who loves play and fun who strives on empowering independence and I believe I could be really suited for this role.
