We have a fabulous nanny looking after our 14 month old Mon-Weds but ideally we'd like a nanny share to help with the cost. Our daughter is coming up to 15 months. Open to suggestions about who to share with. Our nanny is Spanish and so speaks both Spanish and English to our baby.
