Abigail, nanny sharing - EX16 Witheridge

We are potentially looking at moving to Witheridge if our house sells. I work from home and have a 1 year old who currently goes to the childminders 3 days a week 9 - 5, however i will soon be doing more hours. I could look at someone offer mothers help who doesn't have much experience as i will be at home and on hand, i could look at an au - pair, a nanny share with a family or a childminder, The max i would be looking to pay per hour would be £4/£5. I also have an 8 year old daughter so occasional help with her or baby sitting could be offered but not essential. Thank you
