I can pay a daily rate as I need someone for 7h daily (around 50) and I can make it regular.

Ideal I would prefer someone (if childminder) who doesn't do plenty of pick-ups. Looking for a calm environment. Will consider someone young without big exp. to come over for babysitting (can be regular if it will go well).
