Paige, nanny in Sheldwich

I am currently a Teaching assistant at Pilgrims Way primary school working with children in reception. I have years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. In my previous role as a Nursery assistant I was working with children aged 3 months – 5 years, creating fun and exciting activities based on the EYFS curriculum. I learned how difficult it can be to manage the varying needs of children in diverse stages of development. I honed the ability to care for each child individually, while paying close attention to the needs of the group.
I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for the children in my care. I also work at a performing arts school as a choreographer (dance teacher) for underprivileged children, I provided weekly dance lessons geared towards children between the ages of 4 – 16. Seeing children dance and work together is a uniquely rewarding experience I’ll always cherish.
I would love the opportunity to educate your children by helping them with their homework, taking them on trips such as the Zoo, the science museum, natural history museum, both fun and educational. Children are a huge passion of mine and anything I can do to help them grow and develop as human beings in a fun and loving environment is all I ever want. I am a bubbly person, with a lot of love for all things education based and creative based, I love paintings and drawing, dance and singing, all music, and baking etc. These creative outlets are a great way for children to express themselves and I would love to be able to work with your children and find out what they enjoy doing, and make sure that we can explore their passions as well. I do have a full clean Automatic driving license, so any trips or classes they attend I can easily take them where they need to go.
I take safety extremely seriously, and am trained and certified paediatric first-aid and CPR. I have a Level 3 CPD certificate in Child Care, Level 3 CPD certificate in Child Behaviour, Level 3 CPD Award in Teaching Phonics, Level 4 CPD certificate in Higher learning teaching assistant, Level 3 CPD certificate in Promoting positive child behaviour and a Level 3 CPD certificate in Child Nutrition and health, and I participate frequently in training seminars on the newest developments in the field of child care.
