Abigail, nanny : South Somerset

Hi there!

I am originally from the South West of England and am currently on a working holiday visa in Australia with my Fiancé. I will be returning to the UK (Bath) 5th September and am looking for full time work as a Nanny soon after.

I currently work roughly 30 hours a week as a Nanny in Melbourne and as a waitress on a casual hourly basis. I have spent an average of 3 years looking after children aged 6 months+ and have completed 200 hours of childcare volunteering at a preschool in the UK as well as acting as Mother's Help shortly after.

I have a strong background in Hospitality Management, however
I am hoping to complete a degree in child psychology and development and wish to gain as much experience as I can working with children before I attend university in a few years time.

I am a responsible, caring individual and appreciate the balance between play time and work time. I believe in leading by example, encouraging polite, courteous manors as well as curiosity and creativity.

In my spare time I love to cook and read and am passionate about art, travel and the environment.
