Caroline, nanny in South woodham ferrers CM3

Hi my name is Caroline, I have over 14 years experience of working with children from babies to 8 year olds. Mostly nursery experience with children and babies ages 1-4 years. I have a cache diploma in childcare and Education level 3. I completed back in 2007 at Cambridge regional college. I then had a gap year of traveling and working at a nursery then went on to university to study BA hons in Early Primary Education with QTS (qualified teacher status for 3-7 years) which I completed in 2011. I needed to work straight away so I got what I thought would be a temporary job in an outstanding nursery with Seymour House in Chelmsford. I however loved the job and decided to stay and work my way up to a senior early years teacher, then went on to be a Head of Early Years Practice (jointly running the nursery). Which I loved but shortly after had my first son. Unfortunately I could not return to the role I loved part time. And I wanted to be with my son two days a week. So after 7 years at Seymour House , I got another job I loved managing at another nursery locally to me three days a week. I have loved the setting and helped it to gain an outstanding grade with ofsted. I however am now ready for my next stage and wish to take a side step into nannying. I am looking for a three day a week nanny job, finishing no later than 6pm and no more than 9 hours per day or 27 hours per week. I am a quietly confident person that is calm and nurturing to children. I have a strong focus on developing children’s personal social and emotional skills and wellbeing, as without this they will not be able to grow in other areas. I love attending baby and toddler groups with my own little ones and would love to do this with the children I look after. I love to cook and bake and follow heathy recipes.
