Shannon, nanny in Stanford-le-hope

I am a hard working, honest individual. I am a bubbly, nice, fun and friendly person. I am able to work independently in busy environments and also within a team setting, I have good listening and communication skills. I have a creative mind and I thrive on new challenges as I always work hard to the best of my ability. I am well organized and always plan ahead to make sure I manage my time well. I have worked within two primary schools which i done voluntary. I worked at a day nursery. I did start in September 2014 as a student for my college course, once I finished college they offered me the opportunity to join them as bank/cover staff. At the moment i am working full time in a nursery in baby room. I do children's planning, setting up activities for the children to do. I also established a positive and trusting relationship with children and their parents. I also have experience with my three year old brother.
