I am a 20 year old female who currently works part time as a nanny and attends the University of Hertfordshire. I currently provide after-school care for three children aged five, nine and twelve. I have been in this role for a year and the job requires me to pick up the children from school, cook meals, help with homework and revision, tale the children to clubs, carry out household tasks such as cleaning and laundry and to provide well rounded support and care for the children. I am also studying a BA (hons) Education degree at university and am working towards a first class honours.
I am an extremely friendly, kind, caring and conscientious individual who strives to work to the best of my ability. I take true pride in my work and always approach work in a happy, positive manner. Since I was a young child I have loved the idea of being a teacher and this has developed into a passion to work with children. At this time I have little experience but am hoping to expand this greatly in the future.
I enjoy helping the children with school work, getting involved in any activities (no matter how messy or difficult!), baking, arts and crafts, playing games and many more.
To summarise myself in three words I would describe myself as attentive, proactive and dynamic.
Occasional babysitting | $7.00 per hour |
I would ideally like £7 an hour, however this is totally negotiable if I am able to work enough hours! I understand that child care is not cheap so I am happy to discuss.
