I am a very reliable and confident person, I can make quick decisions. I am a very friendly person and I can get on with anyone, I am much organised and am good with time management, I am able to look after children effectively due to doing a level 3 qualifications in childcare and having previous experience with other children in and out of settings. I have also had previous experience with babysitting. I am a kind person and will not make any argument with a parent’s opinion or rules for the child and me. I am a good carer and have worked with children from age ranges of new born to 8 years old, through my qualification and personal experience. I have also worked with children that have additional needs and I know how to calm them down when they an outburst in the classroom. I have knowledge of how to help children with work they need to complete and allow them time to think about their answers. Any tasks I am given, I will complete as efficiently as possible and will do it to the best of my abilities.
