My names is Julia , I am a mother to two children aged 7yrs and 4yrs , I am seeking employment as a Nanny in Shropshire, I offer over 20 years of childcare experience in a range of settings, I have attended any courses made available to myself to help gain knowledge in whichever field of care I have been in, I have experience of working with newborn babies through to the teenage years. I also have extensive experience working with children and adults with special needs and disabilities. I have worked also as a family support worker and have a total understanding of challenges families face trying to juggle everything, I am a very empathic Person whom works in a therapeutic fashion, I also work with individual understanding of family morals and beliefs, I can be firm but fair in my approach to routine and discipline, and will work to the child's abilities and families wishes.
