Hi I'm Megan,
I am a recent graduate from the University of Exeter, living at home until I work out my next path in life! I am a very responsible and trust worthy person with a strong work ethic and most importantly a friendly and positive manner.
Although I have no official qualifications, I have had work experience with children, in Dorrington Nursery and volunteering at Rainbows. I feel very comfortable with children and with a little bit of initial guidance I will understand exactly what you want from me. I have completed a First Aid course, and although it is out of date now I still remember it and can always refresh it if required.
I feel comfortable helping with homework. I would say I'm strongest in humanity subjects such as English and R.E but I achieved B grades in GCSEs for both science and Maths.
I am a very creative person, I love to draw and make things, and have plenty of ideas on how to provide activities for children. I have some skill in the piano as well, which is a little rusty but with a bit of practice if required it'll come back to me.
I can speak a little French, enough to help with any basic homework.
I also love to walk and any outdoor activities your children are interested in I would love to muck in!
I feel confident in making certain dishes, such as lasagnes, fish pies, pasta bakes, stir fries, curries, baked potatoes etc, and know how to cook a healthy fresh meal.
I know how to be helpful around the house, I'm a tidy person and hardworking so if there's a spare minute I will do my best to keep your house up to the standard you like.
