Selina, nanny - TN13 Riverhead

I am a very experienced hard working person that has worked with young children for over ten years. I have experience working with very young babies up to the age of five, writing observations and profiles and one to one care with a child with cerebral palsy.
During my time at the Nelly’s Nursery I had the responsibility of taking the children on farm visits, the zoo and trips to the park. I also enjoy stay at home activities, which include sensory play and holistic play which includes using natural every day objects such as pine cones, pots and pans and fabrics to encourage the use of their imagination and learning whist having fun.
I have taken a break from working this last year to raise my own son who is a year old. We enjoy many trips to the park, mother and toddler groups and mummy baby yoga together.

Since May of this year I have been working as a nanny in the Sevenoaks area for two children aged two and six. My daily tasks are to pick up the children from nursery and school on foot as I don’t drive. I then put together activity time, prepare the children’s lunch, and Lastly tidy up of the house. My son is 2 years old and accompanies me most days. Since doing this I have found this to be Beneficial to all the children as we all play together and lasting friendships are made.​I
